EAX Performance Athletes receive individualized programs designed to optimize physical competence in each of the ten generally recognized physical skills which are cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our systems based approach is backed by sport science and validated everyday by our athletes.
